Thanks for recommending The Truth About Six Pack Abs! It's a great program that really helped me get past a seriously long plateau in my workouts and weight loss.

I had been overweight since my kids were born. Last Spring I weighed myself and found I was the heaviest I had ever been. It was a horrible wake up call and I finally got serious about losing the weight. I bought an elliptical machine and starting working out regurarly, as well as following a well-known diet that involved a point system for the foods you ate, based on fat, calories, and fiber. It worked for a while and I lost 20 pounds over a 4 month period, although I was having a terrible time getting rid of the belly fat and love handles. Then I hit the mother of all plateaus and stayed there for 3 months. It was totally frustrating! I felt like I was deprived of food all the time and added another day to my workouts, but I couldn't get any results.

Fall came around and I felt like giving up. I started searching the internet for a new program and I stumbled across your lovehandleworkouts.org site and read about Mike Geary's The Truth About Six Pack Abs. I bought it and learned that I was doing so many things wrong with both my workouts and my diet. It was no wonder I was stuck in a plateau. Mike's ebook really opened my eyes to many of the foods I had been eating on what I thought was a healthy diet. He also showed me that strength training and some really interesting, challenging and specific exercises can really change your body for the better--especially those love handles and that belly fat, which are so hard to get rid of! Mike's book is packed with information and I felt overwhelmed by it at first so I decided to concentrate on making some basic changes to my diet (not only what I ate but also when I ate) and I joined an inexpensive club so I could lift weights. I worked with a trainer for a while to learn how to safely lift and now I have moved on to doing Mike Geary's workouts on my own. So far I have lost 12 pounds and nearly 7 inches of fat off of my body! I feel so much better. I am stronger, happier, and I even sleep better!

Thanks again for recommending this program. I hope that others who are frustrated with their weight loss and even people who just want to get ripped will try it out. It's fantastic! Good luck everybody! -RJ
